​This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for engaging in Intuitive Healing and Soul-Led Business Mentoring services with Fran Hunt at Enaid Healing Hub. Please read this document carefully and ensure you understand its contents.

 

Nature of Services Provided

I offer Intuitive Healing services focusing on facilitating emotional processing and cultivating self-awareness, and Soul-Led Business Mentoring services designed to guide clients in aligning their business with their authentic purpose and values.

It is important to understand that these services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or mental health therapy. My services are designed to complement, not replace, the expertise of licensed medical or mental health professionals.

 

My Qualifications and Scope of Practice

I bring a diverse and extensive background to my intuitive healing and mentoring practice. My qualifications include:​

• MA Art, Health & Wellbeing 

• Level 2 qualification in counselling

• Reiki Level 2 Practitioner

• Trained Coach and Mentor with 12 years of experience

• Registered Womb Keeper

• Qualified Body Coach

• Psychedelic Practitioner Foundation Programme (Pending)

While I hold a Level 2 qualification in counselling, it's crucial to understand that I am not a licensed counsellor and do not offer counselling services. My role is to facilitate intuitive healing and soul-led business mentoring. My counselling skills are used solely to enhance my ability to identify when professional counselling or therapeutic intervention might be beneficial for you.

Should I believe that counselling or specialised therapy could be beneficial for your specific situation, I will discuss this with you. I have a network of qualified and licensed counsellors to whom I can refer you, if this is a path you wish to explore. Referrals will only ever be advised if I genuinely believe they will be beneficial.

 

Appointment Arrival Time

To maintain client confidentiality and to ensure I am fully prepared for your session, I kindly request that you arrive precisely at the scheduled appointment time. Even if it appears that I do not have a client immediately before your appointment, I am using the time to prepare for your session. This ensures that our time together is used effectively. 

 

Confidentiality

All information shared during our sessions is treated with the utmost confidentiality. This means that, with the exceptions outlined below, I will not disclose any personal information about you or our sessions to third parties without your explicit written consent.

Exceptions to Confidentiality:

• Supervision: To ensure the highest quality of service and maintain ethical practice, I engage in regular professional supervision with a qualified BACP registered supervisor. During supervision, I may discuss aspects of our work to gain perspective, enhance my skills, and ensure I am providing the most effective support. All discussions with my supervisor will be completely anonymous, meaning your name and any identifying details will never be shared. My supervisor is also bound by strict confidentiality agreements. This process is solely for the purpose of improving the quality of service I provide to you.

• Risk of Harm or Serious Crime: If I believe there is a serious and immediate risk of harm to yourself or others, or if I become aware of information related to a serious crime, I have a professional and ethical duty to break confidentiality. In such circumstances, I may need to disclose relevant details to appropriate professional services. Wherever possible and safe to do so, I will endeavour to discuss this with you before taking any action.

• Legal Obligation: If I am legally required to disclose information (e.g., by court order), I will comply with the law.

• Professional Consultation: In complex cases, I may consult with other professionals (e.g., medical doctors, mental health specialists) to ensure I am acting in your best interest. In such instances, I will still strive to maintain your anonymity and only share information relevant to the consultation.

 

Professional Boundaries & Confidentiality in Public:

To maintain the integrity of our professional relationship and protect your confidentiality, please note the following:

• Social Media Connections: I am unable to accept friend or connection requests on personal social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) from current or former clients.

• Public Encounters: Should we encounter each other in public, I will not acknowledge you first. This is to protect your confidentiality and allow you to decide whether or not to acknowledge our professional relationship. If you choose to greet me, I will respond warmly and appropriately.

 

Client Conduct and Right to Decline Services

To ensure a safe and respectful environment for all, I reserve the right to decline or terminate services to anyone whose behaviour is disruptive, disrespectful to myself or other participants, or if I determine that my services are not suitable or appropriate for your needs.
 

Fees and Payments

Payment is required in full at the time of booking to confirm and secure your session.

 

Cancellation Policy

I require 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.

• If you cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice, a full refund or credit for a future session will be issued.

• If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, the full session fee will be required.

 

Unforeseen Circumstances

In the unlikely event that I am unable to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency), I will notify you as soon as possible. In such cases, I will offer a full refund for any pre-paid services or work with you to arrange alternative suitable arrangements.

 

Agreement and Acknowledgment

By engaging in Intuitive Healing or Soul-Led Business Mentoring services with Fran Hunt, Enaid Healing Hub you confirm that you have read and understood the terms outlined in this agreement. Your attendance at any session or event constitutes your full agreement to these terms and conditions. You also acknowledge that you are entering into a professional relationship for Intuitive Healing and/or Soul-Led Business Mentoring services, which are distinct from licensed counselling, or medical treatment.
