About
Hi! I'm Fran
I am a Trauma-Informed Practitioner and Intuitive Healer specialising in nervous system regulation, trauma integration, and identity reclamation.
My work is rooted in the understanding that healing is not about fixing what is broken, but restoring connection to the self. I support individuals in moving from survival patterns into greater clarity, resilience, and agency.
My Approach & Expertise
I work with individuals who have experienced trauma, with a focus on emotional processing, nervous system awareness, and sustainable integration.
My approach bridges neuroscience, intuition and holistic methodologies. I draw from trauma-informed frameworks, embodied practice, and relational awareness to support meaningful, lasting change. My work is client-centred, ethically grounded, and aligned with BACP principles.
Rather than offering surface-level coping strategies, I aim to help you understand the underlying patterns shaping your responses, so healing becomes embodied rather than intellectual.

Education, Teaching & Professional Development
Alongside client work, I develop and deliver educational sessions and talks on trauma, neurobiology, and psychological integration.
My academic background includes:
MSc Psychology (Pending)
MA Art, Health & Wellbeing
Counselling Level 2
Psychedelic Practitioner Foundations Programme (Clerkenwell Health – pending)
I am committed to ongoing professional development and am currently progressing toward formal postgraduate study in Psychology.
I am particularly interested in the intersection of trauma, neurobiology, and emerging therapeutic approaches.
Soul-Led Business Mentoring
For self-employed individuals and practitioners, I offer mentoring that integrates psychological insight with sustainable business strategy.
This work supports you in building a practice that honours both your nervous system and your purpose so success does not come at the cost of wellbeing.
My Journey
My professional work is informed by lived experience, which has shaped both my depth of empathy and my commitment to integrity.
I understand firsthand how complex healing can be. This perspective allows me to meet clients with nuance, steadiness, and respect for their autonomy.

Moving Forward
Enaid is currently on sabbatical as I expand my academic and educational work.
